This pan fried salmon is very delicious, and quick and easy to make. If you are short on time, this is a great choice.
Sauce:
1 Tbs Shoyu
1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 tsp Pomegranate Syrup
Lemon
In frying pan, heat olive oil on medium.
Add salmon steaks.
Fry 2 minutes on each side.
Add the sauce, pouring it evenly to cover the salmon well, and let it soak into fish. This only takes a few moments. Take immediately off heat and transfer to serving plate right away, so as to prevent further cooking.
